Mouse pointer/cursor not functioning

Hi. I've changed nothing from a settings perspective. Windows 10 did do an update when I started today, and now, no mater what I do, I'm unable to get a mouse pointer/cursor to function.

If I look at the Windows mouse driver, it says that the Parallels driver is incomplete or damaged in the registry.

Any ideas?

Please reinstall Parallels Tools with referring to this article and check how it goes!
