Mouse Problems in Parallels on MacBook Pro

I have a MacBook Pro and I just installed Parallels 3.0 4128. I am running Windows from Boot Camp, probably from one of the first Beta releases. I got my Parallels VM up and running but when I click into the VM window and try to move my mouse to log in it won't move. Is there any way to log into Windows in Parallels with some sort of keyboard combination? Thanks.

Did you install "Parallel Tools?"
