I use timbuktu to control my home machine from work. When parallels is running with a windows 2K VM that has parallels tools installed, I get strange mouse behavior while on the machine via timbuktu.
Left click acts like some kind of hybrid left/right click that will sometimes open things, sometimes bring up contextual menus. In safari, clicking on a link will always open that link in a new window, safari preferences can be opened, but the tabs can't be selected. If I shutdown parallels, everything starts working normally again.
