I've stumbled upon an issue dealing with the mouse wheel (MX Anywhere 3) and the Optimize for games setting (configure >> hardware >>mouse & keyboard). When I don't optimize for games, the scroll wheel does not operate correctly when using Windows. In one app particular (Revit) the wheel is meant to zoom in and out; however, the wheel seems to jump between zooming in and out when scrolling the wheel in the same direction.

When I switch the mouse settings to optimize for games the mouse wheel operates as expected, but the app buttons at the top of the screen become unclickable (I click on them and nothing happens). This happens in any app I try. I have to click several times in the middle of the screen to bring click-ability back. I see that underneath the mouse settings there is a note that says "When the mouse is optimized for games, press Ctrl+Alt to release the mouse pointer" - I've tried several keyboard combinations while clicking buttons at the top of the screen but nothing works.

    TLDR
    Setting: Don't Optimize for Games
    - mouse wheel does not function correctly
    - buttons / icons at top of screen work correctly

    Setting: Optimize for Games
    - mouse wheel functions correctly
    - can't click buttons / icons at top of screen

Anyone find a work around or solution?
