Move email from Parallels to mac?

My Dad is about to get a core i5 iMac and is making the switch from windows.
He has bought with the iMac a parallels switch to mac set and will by transferring over his pc via this.
I have a question about the email, calendar and contacts which is one of the most important parts:

What is the best way to import these from the parallels virtual machine onto the mac side and is there any direct way through parallels itself or similar?

To be brief it's not a simple task. P5 do not support this kind of migration, and I do not know if there any tool for these data migration... I only know there is Microsoft Office for Mac, so it could support data import, but it's just a guess...
