Move files from Win95 to mac

A simple question, but I have searched through the forums, and I can't find the solution. With my current setup, I cannot drag and drop files either from win95 to mac or vice versa. I have some video files on win95 that I would like to move to the mac, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to do it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I would treat the system as a network client and use sharing to drop the files into the mac public folder. Turn sharing on in your mac, and make sure that the 95 system is using bridged networking.
 
Just double click on the hds/d file inside the pvm to mount the virtual disk and access the files.
