Hello Parallels Support, We recently automatically renewed Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition for 1 year for our company, however the key associated to our account was registered under another user (software developer account) when it was originally purchased. They are no longer working with us, nor using the product. We kindly request that we have the license key relinquished so that we can activate/register it under our account. Thank you, Kyle
