Move Parallels desktop17 to an older Mac

Hi,
Installed Parallels 17 on my MacBook Pro with Monterey and Windows 11.
I want to move it to my other Mac with Catalina.
I've read just un-install and install on the other computer.
My question: how do I deal with Windows 11 license? Can I use same activation when I move to my other Mac or do I have to take some action before removing it within Parallels?
Hope for some advice.

Hello, you can transfer the whole Parallels Desktop to the older Mac. So you do not need to activate Windows 11 on your older Mac separately.
