Move the menu in Crystal mode?

Hi, not sure if this is already a feature of Parallels 5, but if not can you move the windows menus to the Apple menu bar (and remove from windows menu)?

Will look more like a mac app then. Thanks.
 
Just to explain a little better I took a screen shot of "Lotus Notes 8.5.1" running on the OSX version and windows version.

The windows one you can clearly see the menu inside the window. The OSX one the menu is up on the OSX menu bar.

It would be nice to get the windows app to put the menu bar up top.

It is great idea, but is is very hard to implement. We will thinking about it.

I found this app Finderbar

Which adds Mac OS X style drop-down menus to your Windows Taskbar. Not quite what we are looking for, plus it's buggy and out of date (I think it only works with XP) but I'm sure Supper Parallels could come in purchase the source code, fix the bugs and work the magic so the menus shows up in native form in the OS X menu bar instead of the Windows Taskbar.
