Moved files have creation date: 1 Jan 1970

Hello,
I'm running macOS Sierra (main OS) and virtualizing Windows 10 with Parallels 11.2.2.
The issue I'm having is that files that I move from Windows 10 into the macOS filesystem have the creation date set to 1 Jan 1970 - while the modification date is correct. Of course on Windows (where the files are created) all the dates are as expected - see the attached screenshot.

Hello, do you have the same issue? Could you share your Parallels Desktop and macOS versions?

I have a similar issue with Dad's computer, except these files haven't been moved.

I'd post pictures, but for some reason the forum is not allowing me to do so.
