    Parallels 18.2.0

I had to free disk space and so I moved 3 VMs to an external disk. As a result two VMs didn't appear in the control center listing but one remained there.
How come? Trying to start it ends up (obviously) in a message saying there is no disk available. A snapshot seems to exist though. But where does Paralles know of its existence when I moved the complete VM to external storage?

Does it store the infomtion elsewhere?

    Hello,

Parallels stores information about virtual machines in a configuration file that is associated with each Virtual Machine. This configuration file contains information about the VM's settings and location on your computer's file system. When you move a VM to external storage, Parallels may still be able to detect its existence by searching for this configuration file.
To open the virtual machines which are not appearing on your Control Center, kindly navigate to the Virtual Machine .pvm bundle and double-click on it to open it.

For us to further investigate the issue, kindly provide us with the following information:
    1. Screenshot of error message you are receiving (if any).
    2. Reproduce issue and collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.

    Thanks

Thanks. I cannot deliver more information for now. I solved it by unmounting the external drive, then remove the VM from the control center. It has disappeared. Will watch whether there will be any problems and report.
