Hello, I recently sold my MacBook Pro 15 and got a new M1. I didn't deactivate my key before performing a factory reset on my previous Mac. Now that I want to use my key on my M1 I got the "activation limit" message. On previous versions of Parallels Desktop I was able to deactivate my previous machine directly on PD but now, on v16.5, I can't. I even checked the website but didn't find anything to release my key. I already have a support ticket, 2949611, but it's been a couple of days with no response. Same on chat, no one is answering. Any ideas? Thank you.
Unfortunately there's not much you can do until support resets your key. Weird that it takes them so long. I had a similar problem and they reset it in a couple of hours.
