Moving over to a new computer

I'm gonna be getting a new MBPro soon and am going to need to transfer my Parallels and files within, to the new computer.
Is there a way to transfer everything over without having to reinstall and reload all my Windows programs?
Saving license codes, etc.?
 
If you use the apple migration assistant which runs when you launch the new machine and sucks everything over via firewire then it should be OK. It was when I upgraded by macbook last year.
