Moving Parallels to new computer v11

Im moving to a new computer, and have followed the move license instructions but am getting the error "Unable to confirm this license"
"You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license."

Hi, your key has been reset, please check the activation issue.
