Moving Windows to new laptop

Looking for the easiest way to move Windows with all my settings from my Mac to a new laptop (that will be totally Windows based). The old laptop that I transferred Windows from to my Mac is no longer functional.

Hello AnthonyA3, by default, virtual machine files are located either in Documents/Parallels folder inside your user folder, or in /Users/Shared/Parallels.
Parallels Desktop virtual machines have a .pvm extension. Please quit Parallels Desktop and then copy .pvm from your old Mac into new Mac. Please check out this article for more information.
