Moving Windows XP to VMWare Fusion from Parallels

Hey -
So I am installing the VMWare Fusion because although I love Parallels, it is not compatible with The Sims 2 games. I recently moved and have misplaced my Windows XP disk but have Windows XP installed on Parallels. Is there a way to move it or copy it to VM Ware Fusion that anyone is aware of? Please help!
