MS Office on a different VM

I currently have two virtual machines, one running Windows XP and one running Windows 7. I have MS Office installed on the XP VM. Without reinstalling MS Office on the Windows 7 VM and having it loaded twice on my hard drive, how to I get it to work in (and even see it) in Windows 7? This is MS Office 2010.
 
VM are that, virtual machines, so one does not "see" the other. Yoou have to install office on the windows 7 machine.
