MS Office Word 2007 doesn't appear on Dock when running

When I run MS Office Word 2007 it doesn't appear on the dock and thus I am unable to right click and choose "Keep in Dock". It also doesn't appear as a "Running" Shared Windows Application in the Applications menu of the Parallels Desktop menu bar and this means that I can't add it to the "Favorites" Shared Windows Applications. I don't have the same problem with MS Office Excel 2007 or Quickbooks or any other Windows apps that are installed.

Please, try to stop virtual machine, disable Shared applications and Smart Select in virtual machine's configuration, then start it, run MS Office Word, stop the machine, enable Shared applications and Smart Select again, start the machine and click Applications -> Populate in top menu.
