First, we're happy the issue has been addressed for you! I'd advise you to subscribe to the Updates Summary KB https://kb.parallels.com/129060 to get notifications about the new update. If you find the Teams issue as addressed in the list, feel free to remove the flag and update Parallels Desktop to the latest build. In any case, I'll update the thread once the fix is ready.

For those following this thread, Parallels Desktop 18 for Mac 18.0.2 (53077) was recently released (https://kb.parallels.com/129060) with the callout "Fixed an issue with Microsoft Teams camera video freeze".

After updating to 18.0.2 and removing the boot flag, the camera in Teams is now working.

Hi everyone. I'm running the latest versions of MacOS Ventura and Parallels 18 with a Windows 11 VM. I mainly use MS Teams (ARM64 version) and Firefox. If I enable hardware acceleration in MS Teams, the OS and specifically the mouse pointer starts to jump around after a while of using the VM (I'm using a Logitech MX Master 3 with Logi Options+ installed on MacOS). If hardware acceleration is disabled, everything seems to run stable, however the small video view of myself in MS Teams calls is then weirdly completely blocky and blurry. This only seems to affect my side because the other participants have a clear view of me.

So... in essence there still seems to be something a bit buggy concerning either Teams (ARM64) and/or the hardware acceleration feature. Does anyone experience the same issues? Any solutions?

To let us better understand your issue, kindly provide us more information:
    1) Has it worked before? When?
    2) Does your issue occurs only in MS Teams?
    3) Reproduce the issue with your mouse.
    4) Collect a technical report report (click Parallels icon || > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this e-mail (https://kb.parallels.com/en/9058 ).

Hello, I'm also having video trouble with Teams. My Teams account is a "Guest" account so I'm not sure if this is a problem but when I transfer the call to my iphone it works fine. Also if I delete the Teams app and reinstall it the camera will work fine for that day. I've checked the call preview and if I've just installed the app I can see myself in the preview box but the follow day onwards the preview or actual camera function during a call does not work for me. But the participant sees me fine. Hoping this is an easy fix. Everything else with Parallels is working perfectly.
