Multiple application windows on dock

Some applications, like Outlook, let you open multiple windows. I use this to have e-mail and calendar open at the same time (in 2 separate Windows).

In Parallels, I would like both of these windows to show up in the MacOS dock...but I can't figure out how to do it.

I am using Outlook with Parallels and have the same question. Now that version 8 is out, has anything changed to be able to do this?
