Multiple 'home' folders on vm

I'm running parallels 4 (windows xp) on my iMac, and I'm a bit confused with the network drives: there's always been 'Host' {on '.psf' (Z} and a 'Home' folder, 'host' leading to my hard drive, and 'home' to my Home folder (with 'documents','music' etc.), but now there are two 'home' folders, one on '(Y' and one on '(W', this is annoying as I'm using a file sharing program which now acts as if my downloaded files don't exist. Any help?

Step 1
Disable Shared profile and check situation

it wasn't enabled in the first place :S

Just unmount all network drivers and restart VM , check will they caome back
