multiple user accounts in one device

I only have ONE DEVICE.

On that ONE DEVICE or ONE MAC, I have 2 Users namely Bob and John.

I activated Parallels and created a Virtual Machine called Windows10 Gaming on BOB's account.

Now, I want to switch user and log in as JOHN and I want to create another virtual machine called Win11 Work

So, in ONE DEVICE I have TWO USERS and both users created and use 2 different virtual machines (Windows10 Gaming and Win11 Work) ...

Am I okay in terms of Licensing? Thanks!
