Multiple user problem with Coherence.

I have a machine that we have multiple accounts set up on. Each user needs to be able to use parallels and have windows applications on their dock. The issue is if I create the shortcuts on one user that is the only user that can access these shortcuts. Anyone know of a fix for this issue?

where are your VMs located ? in a shared folder or in the home dir of the user you installed Parallels with ?
