Hi there, I was hoping the RC would fix the problem I'm having with a Mustek A3 USB scanner but it didn't . It's actually kind of odd: The scanner is 11x17 sized and will scan the entire 11"x17" area fine in 100 dpi. My scans are usually 600 dpi and up though. Scanning at 600dpi resolution locks up the scanner or makes scanning extremely slow. When I mean slow I mean it takes about 20 minutes to scan the entire 11x17 size! However, I can scan maybe half the 11 x 17 area without this problem. It's almost as if it's doesn't have enough memory or something to scan the entire area @ 600 dpi. I have tried to increase the memory of parallels but it didn't do anything to fix it. I'm using TWAIN in Photoshop Elements to do my scans. It's also the latest driver and software for the scanner. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed or maybe someone here has an idea that might help? thanks
