My Parallels wont even start :(

Hi There,

I have been using parallels for about a year with no problem at all, then a few days ago when I try and boot it up all I get is an error saying send to Parallels.

It wont even get to the boot up screen for Windows. This is the screen I get.

and this is what happens when I hit start after about 20 seconds.

any help of what I could do to fix it would be most appreciated.

Kindly uninstall and reinstall Parallels Desktop.

Could you let me know the easiest way to uninstall it as I dont see an uninstall program anywhere in parallels?
