My permanent key for Desktop is missing

Hi,

so far I haven't received my permanent registration key. Since I've pre-ordered Desktop for Mac quite some time ago during the beta phase, I was supposed to receive an email with the key. But so far I haven't, although the final version has been released.

Could anybody of the Parallels staff help me out here? I wrote some emails to support and lostkey, but haven't received any answer so far. :-(

I really would like to be able to use my product again, as my beta key expired already. ;) So please, get back to me as soon as possible. :-)
