Hi
I have two linux servers both running Plesk 9.3, both GNU 5.97
(a) I backup a single "domain and mysql5 databases" using the plesk backup function
(b) The backup is transferred to space on the other server automatically using the plesk backup function
(c) I use the plesk backup function to create/restore the domain on the 2nd server
No errors are reported
All settings, users, folders, files are copied ok, with the following exception
There is a large MYSQL5 database with in excess of 1000000 records. However the database on the "new" server only shows 1000000 rows/records.
Other than that everything looks perfect, and no errors.
The only difference I can identify is that the new server is a "Cloud server". Although I can not see what difference that should make - absolutely nothing in terms of the process followed.
Why is only part of the database restored? Any ideas?
Regards
Rob
