Need activation key for toolbox

I purchased the upgrade and toolbox is supposed to be included. It keeps asking for the product key. The one I received for Parallels does not work, help!

Hello RobertG10, please restart your Mac computer and try activating Parallels Toolbox again with the same Parallels Desktop 12 license key.
