A avictoria Bit poster Feb 20, 2007 #1 I've read the quick start guide and have followed the directions. When I try to install Windows XP Pro it says NTLRD is missing...Pres CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart. It's not letting me restart the VM. What do I do? TIA!
