Need network help

I haven't used parallels in a few weeks. However now I'm having a problem w/ the Parallels Network Adapter. I reinstalled parallel tools and that didn't help. In the control panel under device manager I get: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31).

Anyone have any ideas?
 
vitrual network adapter failure

I am having the same problem. After the BSOD, I repaired windows. Then was unable to get into by bootcamp install from Parallels. Followed the instructions for regedit, was able to log in. Now have the virtual network adapter failing to load, claiming "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)".
