hi Maria, please see attached PDF ... the idea is quite simple ... just need a "Restart" option on the Parallels Access which runs on the Remote Desktop computer, so that you can automatically do a "quit access" then "start access". Because if you are connected remotely to the Remote Desktop Computer, once you do a "Turn off access" command .. you are no longer connected and so you can not "Turn on access" again without physically going to the Remote Desktop Computer
