Need Printing Help, Please

Please help.........
I have Parallels build 3212 and I have followed the forum's instructions for setting up my printer via BonJour. Everything works fine, BonJour recognizes my printer, I set it up for generic/postscript, until the very end. When I try to print I get the message "You do not have access to use the selected printer. If you need access, contact your network administrator." I have checked my login on XP, I am the administrator.

In OSX, have you enabled printer sharing?

Click on System Preferences (In the Dock) - then: Sharing

Under "Services" Make sure there is a check mark by "Printer Sharing"
 
I did have print sharing enabled in OSX, but I rechecked the box and tried it again. Same message as before that I don't have permission.
