Need to manually install HP 8500 PS printer driver

Like an absolute idiot, I deleted the HP Color LaserJet 8500 from the printer list BEFORE I read the documentation on how to print in Parallels.

I can find documentation that says "manually install the printer driver" but nothing that tells me HOW to do that. I went to the HP website and was unable to find this driver.

Short of uninstalling and re-installing Parallels, can anyone help me fix this?
