I was wondering if the VM would be able to take advantge of an OS X based VPN? Rather than running a software VPN on the VM and OS X. I am using VPN Tracker which configures the internal IPSEC VPN so maybe with some of the networking options and/or NAT.

    Anyone have any thoughts?

Yeah - Good luck with that! ;)

I've not been able to get it to work. I've barely got Cisco VPN working and I can't get both Host and Guest connected at the same time without an express sequence of events. If some network guru could explain why the DNS stops resolving the target domain in the unconnected host, I'd love to hear the answer.

Ditto on this problem. My university uses VPN to allow use of wireless networks here, and when using a wireless connection and host-only networking with network sharing enabled for the appropriate interfaces, I get DNS resolution, but no properly routed traffic. Pinging a fully qualified domain will result in getting an IP, but no ping packets coming back. Any clues here? I'd highly appreciate any recommendations :)

Nice that Parallels does not seem to monitor their forums.
