network does not work. Already tried to uninstall and install parallels

Hello, when I try to start any machine (windows or linux) I guet this message

My internet works fine on my m1 mac, but whenever I start any VM I guet this message saying "failed to start network" "your vm will work the same way but wont have access to the internet"

How can I fix this?
