I am having difficulty with a networked application [PEACHTREE 2003], hosted on another PC on the network (and that PCs settings stay set the way I want it, that keeps giving errors that are related to a disconnected network cable. Even though, often, no indication other than the error shows that the network has dropped.
Running Ethernet, I am trying to get the Parallels Ethernet Adapter to maintain the Power Management setting to leave unchecked (Default IS checked), "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
I have checked my host PC I am connected to and it IS maintaining the setting on it's adapter.
