Network error (any type)

Hello! I install Parallels 16+ and make VM Windows 10, but whatever type of network connection I do (MacBook connected to wifi) when Windows starts, an error (attachment) and Network - > Type = "Disabled" automatically

Configure:
MacBook 13 2020
2.0GHz Intel Core i5 Quad-Core Processor with Intel Iris Plus Graphics 512GB Storage
OC: BigSur Release
