Network Folders on Windows 10

Hi everyone,

I use Parallels since version 5 and now I'm getting some problems when accessing network mapped folders in Windows 10. I think the configuration is OK (see attached files) but in Windows 10 Explorer I only see old mapped folders and all three showed as unaccessable. Tried to run \\psf and got an error too.
Do you guys know what's wrong?

Hi Carlos, please try re-installing Parallels Tools and check how it goes. Refer to this article.
