"Network unavailable" issues w/ 2X Client for iPhone

I keep getting the message "network unavailable" when I try to connect 2x client app on iPhone
Also not sure what they mean by "enter the server name or IP address where 2x client resides". Is this my phone network ie Verizon or the network I am trying to connect to. (I know absolutely nothing about computers)

Hi there,

it seems the network you try to connect to is not available. Please speak to your admin he/she should now to check it out whether from this side everything is fine from there side. Perhaps the firewall blocks.
