There is no internet connection on Windows side, network adapter does not get recognized, there is not network adapter under device manager. Did shut down Windows, opened configure > Hardware > removed and added network 1 too.
Tired adding adapter manually through the device manager: Computer > Add a hardware.
Windows could not find Intel PRO MT/100 network connection driver. On adding Parallels Ethernet Adapter there was a yellow exclamation. Re-installed Parallels Tools - no go.
