Everything was working fine until i had to force restart my mac the other day, now the 2 network configurations are not showing up correct in the OS X Network Preference Pane. I've tried all the rebooting techniques. Uninstalled and reinstalled (and rebooted and rebooted some more) but i'm not able to get anything to show up correctly. Two connections are showing up "Ethernet Adaptor ((null))" and when i try to remove them, the automatically come back. Also, I've tried to create a new one and even there i don't see en2 or en3 as an option only Ethernet Adaptor ((null)). I've tried to manually reload the files from the installer using pacifist. I've deleted all the .plist files for networking but that hasn't helped either. I need to get this working again so that i can use Shared Networking at work where i can only authenticate my Airport MAC address. I really think it's that the .kext files aren't loading, but i'm not sure how to see why or force them to load.

Can you access the internet natively from within Mac OS?

Good morning to you... I was wondering, did you check...
under sys pref. network and under show, select Network Port Configuration...
it will show you all availiable ports.
1) do you see the Build - in Ethernet and has check mark next to it?
2) do you see Ethernet Adaptor (en2 & 3) and has check mark next to it?

it looks like you will have to reinstall the parallels..
please make a copy of your VM before you do this....!!!!!!!!!!
oh.. one other thing... see if you can delete that (null) entry first...
use the dmg file to uninstall the parallels first... reboot the mac...
then install the parallels... once installation is done...reboot the mac again....
go back to sys pref, newtork and check the Network port configuration to verify you have en2 and 3...
