New I.T. needing assistance with existing Parallels account

    Hi my name is Brian and I am a new hire at my company. We have a subscription for a year but the person whose name under that subscription has left the company. How can I contact support to get assistance with this? I have the invoice and reference number for the order if that is enough to proof.
