New Install 3212 - what do i do with it?

technical novice here...

i have a macbook pro with parallels build 3188 already installed. i just downloaded the 3212.

can i just install or do i need to uninstall? if i just install, do i need to reinstall tools or anything else?

i had upgrade problems in the past with this issue so now i am cautious and asking first

Yes, you can just install 3212 above 3188. After that, I recommend you to reinstall Parallels Tolls for more stability.
