New Mac Book Pro and I want to install older version of Mac OS

New Mac Book came with Mojave on it and I will need bootable or VMs of Mountain Lion and El Cap. Can I do this with Parallels? Can I install other OS on an external SSD to preserve internal disk space?

Hi, yes you can install Parallels Desktop 14 and VM with other MacOS.
