New MAC Book Pro Upgrade

I recently migrated my old Mac to a new Mac Book Pro. It was running Parallels 11 and Window 7. after the migration I could launch Parallels but could only see a black screen. I upgraded my version to 13 thinking that would fix it. It did not and now I am thinking I may need to reinstall windows? Can someone confirm this and help guide me on how to reinstall windows to my recently migrated machine and upgraded parallels?

Hi TravisM5. Please start the virtual machine. Select Actions (from the Mac menu bar) -> Take Snapshot. Again select Actions -> Reset and check if it helps.
