I installed the new version of Reader Library Software for the Sony Reader in my Windows XP VM. The program installed properly but will not launch. After much troubleshooting, Sony tells me that the software will not run in a virtual Windows environment. I have not heard of such a problem before. Is this likely to be true? What aspect of a VM prevents a piece of software from running?
