hi, life long windows customer taken the plunge and got the new mac book air 256 GB, running lion running parallels to transfer my windows machine (win 7). I have both computers plugged into my router at home with ethernet cables, the process works fine, can connect, retrieve information, but gets stuck at calculating documents at the virtual machine stage, it stays on for 5-10,15 even 20 mins and then on the win pc I get a msg saying network connection lost. would appreicate any and all help thanks
Hi, We need a log files. Please try to find parallels.log in c:\windows\logs and in your home folder (C:\users\<username>). (send log files to me in private). A problem report from mac side could help us too. Use menu "Help"->"Report a problem" to send problem report. Post report number here. Thanks.
