Newbie problems with updating virus protection

Hi
I'm new to this. I have Parallels on my MacBook. When I install updates for the virus program that came with Parallels, it appears to go through it's process but ends up listing a whole bunch of updates that it says were unable to be installed. What's happening? What do I need to do?
I hope someone can help. Thanks, Pat
 
Hello,

If you are receiving errors at the first attempt of updating Kaspersky, then you can just try updating the second time.

If that also does not complete, please uninstall and reinstall Parallels Internet Security from Windows Add/Remove programs.

Then to install it, you need to go to Virtual machine -> Install Parallels Internet Security.
