Sorry more basic questions

The 2X Monitor on our 2x App Server keeps displaying "VDI Agent core [192.168.16.207]:[E 0C/0000100B] failed to query guest config [vm-226]) I am sure I have installed it correctly, any ideas what is wrong?

Do you experience any visual errors when launching published desktops? Should problems persist, please get in touch with us
