Newly published items don't show

The last time i published a new item was about 2 weeks ago. It worked fine. Today i tried to create a folder and publish something to it and the items never showed in the client. I did extensive testing today and even copied a working item and just gave it a new name (same filters) and it doesn't show either. has anyone else seen this? any idea how to fix it? I submitted a support request but that was several hours ago and still haven't heard from them.

Please can you contact 2X Technical Support with your 2X License key so we can investigate this issue further.
 
I have found the same thing since installing V12.

I have found restarting the 2X app server seems to do the trick.

I thought it may have been because of the number of Published apps but it appears not so.
 
This happens to us for some reason as well. The only work around i have found so far is to reboot the gateway server. I don't know what triggers it but the reboot fixes it for us at least. I guess if you restart the 2x services it may do the same thing.
